No Returns

Because of the immersive nature of the product itself, returns will not be accepted.

However, if you are unhappy with the 3-month service after your first letter, contact us within the first month, and we will cancel your next two letters, keep the cost of the Single Letter ($9), and refund the remainder of your $21 purchase ($12).
